The Fam Bam
Hey peoples. So now I'm in Germany with my family. So far it's been really awesome. Our Christmas dinner was HUGE and delicious as anything I've ever tasted. Opening the prezzies with everyone around was something that I'll never forget and the moment that Ecki gave Irene a beautiful watch for Christmas was priceless. I've enjoyed every second and it's been the best experience. Last night there was a party for the "Aussies" which was so much fun. Whenever us kids managed to get the dancing music on we danced & danced & danced. We danced until 11.30pm which is when we sung 'Waltzing Matilda' and went home. I also met two of my second cousins Felix and Kyra who are really really nice. We took many photos and definitely captured the memories. I hope the rest of our time here will be as good as what it's been like so far. Bye everyone.

The 10 Things
Hey. I got this idea from Maddy, but I'm doing it a little different. I'm not really in a complaining mood so I'm going to say the 10 things that mean everything to me. Ok, here goes.
1. My friends. The bestest ones being Maddy & Nat. My friends mean the absolute world to me and I have no idea what I would do without them. My friends here in Switzerland, I'm going to miss more than anything, but I'm as excited as hell to see me friends in Australia again.
2. My family. Even though they get on my nerves, I love them to bits. Each one of them means something to different to me, and the absence of any of them would be extremely crap. They've been there with me forever and I can't imagine them not being there.
3. My computer. It is seriously unimaginable what I would do without it. It lets me keep in contact with friends & family. Msn is genius and I couldn't go a day without it, especially here in Switzerland. It's plain awesome.
4. My phone. The ability to text & phone people whenever I want is the ability to fly. I love having a phone and I've missed it so much. The only problem is I tend to spend my money quite easily on it. But I love it.
5. My iPod. Music is a huge part of my life, if it was missing, I'd have a blank. The iPod is a way to put all of my favourite music on the same device and take my music everywhere. Genius.
6. My food. I can't go without eating, it's just so damn delicious. That's part of the problem though, just if it weren't so delicious. Then there wouldn't be so many problems with me eating it all. Well, we do need it to live but I wish chocolate tasted like brussel sprouts.
7. My clothes. Seriously, I couldn't be one of those to walk around naked, I just don't go that way. No offence to people who reckon it's "natural", I just think clothes are needed. If you want to walk around naked go to a nude beach.
8. My jewelery. I'm not a big girly girl but I do love my jewelery so much! Earrings are my babies but I love necklaces too. Rings are ok, but I could live without them. I just love to walk around with a new pair of earrings or a necklace from a person I love. I love novelty earrings, they're fun to wear and look awesome!
9. My books. They take me away from the world I'm in and it's an unexplainable feeling to sit down with a book you absolutely love for hours on end. For me those are Twilight & Harry Potter. I could sit down at any time and read those again.
10. My TV and movies. Sitting down and enjoying a good movie is so relaxing. Or sitting down in front of your favourite tv show, it's so mindnumbingly relaxing. The only problem is it distracts me from doing more important things such as homework.
So those were my 10 important things. I reckon I've probably missed something but these are extremely important things to me. I hope everyone enjoyed this blog. Also, Hannah has helped me write this so I should just say I LOVE HER! Ok, bye.

Where the Wild Things are
Hey everyone. Just a regular update on random things. Nanna brought my English and my English Lit books over from Australia. They're called 'A Lesson Before Dying' - Ernest J. Gains, 'Emma' - Jane Austen and 'Washington Square' - Henry James. We also have 'Much Ado About Nothing' and another one by Shakespeare. I've finished 'A Lesson Before Dying' (which is for English) and I'm about a quarter of the way through 'Washington Square'. Oh the funness. Today was massively boring. I had Handicraft in the morning at 7.15 where I continued making my scarf, then I came home for a bit and then back to school again. I had a maths test which I had no idea about, again. At lunchtime we set up the beds for the Singletons who will be arriving tonight or tomorrow. :D After lunch I had English and I watched my class give speeches on different English speaking countries. It was so cute! It was funny because the people that I thought would do well didn't do so well, and the people I didn't expect to do well, did better than the others. It was good to watch but next week I've got to do a talk on Australia in German. Pain. In PE we just did little games which were quite fun and let the time pass quickly. The walk home was dangerous but pretty funny. I kept slipping on the ice left over from the snow, just lucky I didn't slip over. It was weird because Cemi wasn't too good with walking on the ice, and I was better. She's meant to be used to it! Ok, that's all folks. I hope everyone has a good day. Or night. Lots of love.

With Blocked Ears
Hey. So it's a Thursday at 2pm and I'm home from school with a Viral Infection. Both of my ears are blocked, as well as my nose, I get dizzy and I've got a minor headache. I went to the doctors yesterday and he was quite nice. He said my levels of something are up and my levels of something else are down. No idea what he was talking about but the final analysis was that I have a viral infection. He gave me a doctors certificate (as you need those here to get any days off school) for yesterday, today and tomorrow. So it will give me some time to rest and make some Christmas cards. In other news, all of my friends are finished school and my cousin is also finished. We have school right up until the 23rd which is totally annoying. But I'm quite happy as the Singletons are coming here on Monday and then on Saturday we're all going up to Sörenberg. I find that it's way easier to go to school when we have visitors. I found that when the Hawkes were here, when Andrew, Soo and the boys were here, and also when the Singletons were here last. It's also good having Nanna here. Time just seems to drag when we're alone. On the weekend Nanna and us all went to Celerina which is near St. Moritz and we had a good weekend snowboarding/skiing up there. I fell over a million times and it was absolutely freezing, but it was a good trip. Yesterday Mum, Zo, Alex and I went shopping to finish up our Christmas outfits. I got some ankle boots and some pink tights which will go with my black dress I have previously bought. Zoe and Alex bought some flats each. I also bought a present for a Swiss friend at a cute little shop called Claire's. This would be Caitlin's dream. It's filled with little wallets, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, phone holders and a whole range of other really cute, adorable things. I really like it but the only thing is it's a little expensive. Ok, I better go. My ear's all blocking up, I need some drops. Hope everyone is having a good day/night. xx

I'm Not a Gymnast OK??
Today was the day in the middle of the week, the day that you say if you get through, you can survive the rest. In the morning I did 3 lessons of maths, two of Aussie maths then one of the Swiss maths and then Geography. At the moment we're working on our projects which is a giant pain in my bum because I'm going t have to give it in German. D: I have no idea when we're presenting it, so that's a little thing to worry about. After lunch today I had PE. We have to do a test on the gymnastic rings soon and I really have no idea what I'm doing. I don't really have enough muscle strength. My hands also hurt a whole lot which just makes everything worse. Oh well, I guess I'll survive. In the past week I've realised just how awesome Maddy is. Like I've always known that she was awesome but I've realised in the past week just how awesome she is. She's planning my welcome home party, she's already got the time plan worked out and she's got a surprise for me. She's really great. Ok, I have nothing else to say. Everyone enjoy their time of the day. Cya.
